Terms of Use
The rules for using Undertone Atlas.
TL;DR: Use the site responsibly. Vote once honestly. Don't manipulate the system. Don't expect perfection — this is a free service. Everything you see is provided "as is".
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Undertone Atlas (undertoneatlas.com, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms apply to all visitors, voters, and viewers — including passive viewers who just watch the live YouTube stream.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Site. Children under 13 are strictly prohibited from using Undertone Atlas.
The optional age range feature is limited to 18 and over. Users between 13 and 17 can vote but cannot submit age information.
3. The One Vote Rule
Each browser may cast only one vote. We use an anonymous browser fingerprinting technique to enforce this. Attempting to circumvent this rule — by clearing cookies, using multiple browsers, VPNs, or bots — is a violation of these terms.
If we detect vote manipulation, we reserve the right to discard the affected votes and block the involved fingerprints.
4. Prohibited Behavior
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to vote or interact with the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including the admin panel
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site
- Use the Site to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Launch denial-of-service attacks
- Scrape or harvest data at scale (occasional reading is fine)
- Impersonate the Site owner or misrepresent your identity in any communication about the Site
- Use the Site for any illegal purpose under applicable law
5. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, code, brand name ("Undertone Atlas"), slogan ("The Pulse of Humanity"), and visual assets are the property of the Site owner, except where noted below.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.
6. No Warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties — express or implied — about the Site's:
- Accuracy of results (voting data may be incomplete or reflect bot manipulation we failed to detect)
- Uptime or availability (the site may go down at any time)
- Fitness for any particular purpose
- Security (though we do our best)
- Freedom from errors or bugs
This is a public opinion barometer, not scientific research. Do not use the data for medical, legal, financial, or policy decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or reliance on vote results.
8. Changes to the Site
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may add or remove voting categories, change the design, or alter functionality. We are not liable for any loss caused by such changes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
International users acknowledge that the Site is operated from Turkey and that local laws may differ from their own.

Kullanım Şartları
Undertone Atlas'ı kullanma kuralları.
Kısa özet: Siteyi sorumlu kullan. Bir kez dürüstçe oy ver. Sistemi manipüle etme. Mükemmellik bekleme — bu ücretsiz bir hizmet. Gördüğün her şey "olduğu gibi" sunuluyor.
1. Kabul
Undertone Atlas'ı (undertoneatlas.com, "Site") kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen siteyi kullanma.
Bu şartlar tüm ziyaretçiler, oy verenler ve izleyiciler için geçerlidir — sadece canlı YouTube yayınını pasif olarak izleyenler dahil.
2. Yaş Şartı
Bu siteyi kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olman gerekir. 13 yaş altı çocukların Undertone Atlas'ı kullanması kesinlikle yasaktır.
İsteğe bağlı yaş aralığı özelliği 18 yaş ve üstü ile sınırlıdır. 13-17 yaş arası kullanıcılar oy verebilir ancak yaş bilgisi giremez.
3. Tek Oy Kuralı
Her tarayıcı yalnızca bir oy kullanabilir. Bunu uygulamak için anonim tarayıcı parmak izi tekniği kullanırız. Bu kuralı çerezleri silerek, birden fazla tarayıcı, VPN veya bot kullanarak aşmaya çalışmak bu şartları ihlal eder.
Oy manipülasyonu tespit edersek, etkilenen oyları silme ve ilgili parmak izlerini engelleme hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
4. Yasak Davranışlar
Şunları yapmayacağını kabul edersin:
- Site ile etkileşim veya oy vermek için bot, script veya otomatik araç kullanmak
- Admin paneli dahil sitenin herhangi bir bölümüne yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak
- Sitenin herhangi bir parçasını tersine mühendislik yapmak, çözümlemek veya ayrıştırmak
- Siteyi kötü amaçlı yazılım, virüs veya zararlı kod dağıtmak için kullanmak
- Hizmet engelleme saldırıları (DoS) başlatmak
- Toplu veri kazıma veya harvest (ara sıra okuma sorun değil)
- Site sahibini taklit etmek veya Site hakkındaki iletişimde kimliğini yanlış tanıtmak
- Siteyi geçerli yasalar çerçevesinde herhangi bir yasadışı amaç için kullanmak
5. Fikri Mülkiyet
Sitenin tasarımı, kodu, marka adı ("Undertone Atlas"), sloganı ("The Pulse of Humanity") ve görsel varlıkları aşağıda belirtilenler dışında Site sahibinin mülkiyetindedir.

Hizmetlerimizin veya dahil edilen yazılımların herhangi bir bölümünü kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, dağıtamaz, satamaz veya kiralayamazsınız.
6. Garanti Reddi
Site "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu kadar" sunulmaktadır. Sitenin aşağıdaki konularda açık veya zımni hiçbir garantisi yoktur:
- Sonuçların doğruluğu (oy verileri eksik olabilir veya tespit edemediğimiz bot manipülasyonunu yansıtabilir)
- Çalışma süresi veya erişilebilirlik (site her an kapanabilir)
- Belirli bir amaca uygunluk
- Güvenlik (elimizden geleni yapsak da)
- Hata veya bug olmama durumu
Bu kamuoyu barometresidir, bilimsel araştırma değildir. Verileri tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya politika kararları için kullanmayın.
7. Sorumluluk Sınırı
Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Site sahibi, Siteyi kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan herhangi bir doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi, sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan veya cezai zararlardan — veri kaybı, hizmet kesintisi veya oy sonuçlarına güvenme dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere — sorumlu tutulamaz.
8. Sitedeki Değişiklikler
Site bildirimli veya bildirimsiz olarak istediğimiz zaman değiştirilebilir, askıya alınabilir veya durdurulabilir. Oylama kategorileri ekleyebilir veya kaldırabilir, tasarımı değiştirebilir veya işlevselliği değiştirebiliriz. Bu tür değişikliklerden kaynaklanan hiçbir kayıptan sorumlu değiliz.
9. Bu Şartlardaki Değişiklikler
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi en son sürümü yansıtır. Değişikliklerden sonra siteyi kullanmaya devam etmek, yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
10. Yetkili Yargı
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Site ile ilgili veya Siteden doğan tüm uyuşmazlıklar Türkiye mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisine tabidir.
Uluslararası kullanıcılar, Sitenin Türkiye'den işletildiğini ve yerel yasaların kendi yasalarından farklı olabileceğini kabul eder.
